French Pastry School graduate comes to Shorewood for training!

Khadija Husain, a recent graduate of The French Pastry School (FSP) of Chicago's famed bread program, recently arrived in Shorewood to participate as an intern at North Shore Boulangerie (NSB).  NSB owner and baker Gene Webb consulted with Ms. Husain's instructors and deans to  construct a training program tailored to Ms. Husain's goals and requirements.  "We're incredibly honored that FPS entrusted us with this program", noted Webb, himself an FPS graduate. posted: October 19, 2015 - North Shore Boulangerie - Blog
