October 23 - Chef Andrew Althoff to Give Presentation on the Secret of French Saucesrd

North Shore Boulangerie is excited to announce the arrival of Chef Andrew Althoff to head NSB’s café. Chef Andrew comes to Shorewood following positions in Milwaukee fine-dining kitchens Lake Park Bistro, Mason Street Grill and Eddie Martini’s. 
To celebrate Chef Andrew’s arrival, North Shore Boulangerie will host a “Food for Thought at the Boulangerie” event on October 23rd exploring the secrets of classic French sauces.  This will include a discussion and cooking demonstration showing how these versatile culinary components can become a part of your everyday menu at home! Learn how to prepare Sauce Béchamel, Hollandaise Sauce, Sauce Velouté, Sauce Espagnole, and Sauce Tomat. Chef will provide a tasting of menu items using the sauces and provide the inside scoop on mastering this important skill.  To reserve your spot for this exciting “Food for Thought at the Boulangerie” event go to  Reservations include a $5 fee.
